The 1st MSP Working Group Meeting on Know-how
Transfer and Capacity Development will be held on Tuesday, November 6th, 2012 in the premises of the GIZ
Representation in Berlin.
It will take place back to back with the German MSP
Network Meeting on November 5th and the Annual DII Conference on November
7-8th.
Representatives from International Financial
Institutions, International Organisations, the EC, technical assistance
providers, capacity building research institutions and National Agencies of the
Member States will discuss issues related to know-how transfer and capacity
development in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
The purpose of the meeting is to gather a
select group of technical experts to discuss and review a series of recommendations
with a view to submitting them to the political authorities of the member
states. In this context, a number of major activities and initiatives related
to know-how transfer and capacity development in the field of renewable energy
and energy efficiency will be presented.
